On your linked number Chatziq never starts a chat with a stranger. Replies, reminders and broadcasts only go to people who have messaged you before.
STOP means stop
A customer who replies STOP (or بند) is removed from broadcasts and follow-ups at once, and can reply START to come back.
No broadcast flooding
Nobody receives more than one broadcast in three days, however many campaigns you send, and each plan has a monthly allowance.
Human pace
Every reply shows “typing…” and never arrives faster than a person could type it, the same rhythm as a real member of staff.
Your personal chats are left alone
Anyone saved in your phone's contacts is skipped by default, so family and friends never hear from the AI.
You're always in charge
Reply yourself and the AI steps back from that chat for 12 hours. One switch on the dashboard pauses it completely.
Keep your number healthy
- Keep using the number your customers already know, with your business name and photo set.

Questions about number safety
- Is a linked number riskier than the official WhatsApp Business API?
- The rules that get numbers restricted are the same on both: spam, unwanted messages and reports. The official API adds approved templates and per-message fees from Meta, and numbers on it can still be restricted for breaking WhatsApp's policies. A linked number is safest when it is used for what it does best: answering your own customers quickly.
- Can I move to the official API later?
