Who writes our content

Guides, comparisons and reports on this site are written by the Chatziq Team: the people at AI SystemCraft who build and run Chatziq, and who work every day with businesses that sell and serve customers on WhatsApp in Pakistan.

We publish as a team rather than under one name because every piece is shaped by more than one person: product, support and the businesses we work with.

How we research

Every claim should be checkable. We write from:

• How the product actually behaves, tested before we describe it.
• Public, named sources for statistics (regulators, official reports, published research), linked where we use them.
• Competitors' own public pages and documentation for comparisons, with the date we checked them.
• Aggregated, anonymous product data only when there is enough of it to be meaningful and to protect every business and customer. We never publish a business's or a customer's details.

How we check it

Before a page goes live, someone other than its writer checks it against the product and its sources. Numbers are traced back to where they came from, and anything we could not verify is removed rather than softened.

Comparisons

Our comparison pages compare Chatziq with other tools fairly. We say where another tool is the better fit, we only state facts we can point to on the other company's own site, and we show the date of our last check because products change.

Use of AI

We build AI products, and we use AI tools while drafting and checking. A person decides what is published and is responsible for every page. AI output is never published without review.

Keeping it current

Every page shows when it was last updated. We review our guides and comparisons regularly and update them when the product, WhatsApp's rules or the facts change.

Found a mistake?

Tell us and we will check it and fix it. Corrections that change the meaning of a page are noted on that page.
