Do I need a new number or WhatsApp Business API?

Will it reply to my family and friends?

Not by default. Anyone saved in your phone's contacts is left to you, and you can switch the AI on or off for any person.

What if it doesn't know an answer?

It never guesses prices, stock or policies. It tells the customer a team member will reply and alerts you on WhatsApp. Answer once and it knows for next time.

Can I take over a chat?

Which languages does it understand?
